Very good customer service. Was easy to work with in ordering our carports, getting necesary paperwork to obtain our permits and keeping us updated.
We ordered a car port form this company back at the beginning of November.- The dealer who filled out the paperwork was great. However, we got a call from one of their receptionist by the name of Michelle. She contacted us and ask payment and so on. She told us the Carport would be delivered and installed on Wednesday, December 6th after around 4pm. We agreed and said that would work. Michelle then called again and said they would have to cancel the delivery and installation date to a week later. Wednesday December 13th. (this was a voicemail.) Well, here we are Wednesday, December 13th and I've been home waiting on a courtesy call or an update on this delivery and nothing. It was around 2:30p.m when I called them and spoke with Michelle again. This is exactly what I asked her. " Hi I'm wondering when this delivery is going to take place? What time? I have no updates and we have events going on today. I haven't heard from you since last week." She stated that she needed to get a hold of the crew and call me back. I received a call about 40 minutes later. Michelle said " My supervisor is trying to contact the crew but we can't get a hold of them. They are out there working, but I don't know when they can get out there. " She NEVER took 2 minutes of her time to at least apologize for the delay or for not being able to give me a time. With 2 jobs, a child in basketball, it's hard to just not know what's going on or at least a time frame! I asked Michelle what it would take to cancel the order. She quickly said " hold on" and put me on hold. She returned about 3 minutes later and said " My supervisor said you can cancel it and we can just tell the crew, but they are working right now so." I told Michelle that a little common courtesy or communication goes along ways. Being able to provide me a time frame would be ideal, but she answered " Well I'm not out there with the crew so I don't know when they are late, only when the customers call." Which I answered " Well, Michelle, that's a flaw in your communication with your team that needs to be addressed." All she said was " Okay so should I cancel?" I canceled my order, I am out of $120.00 which is fine, that isn't the issue. My issue is no customer service at all from this receptionists with unfortunately represents this company. This isn't what you do to a customer that is paying for this type of work. I need this carport but I would rather wait for good service than to deal with someone like Michelle.
In September 2017 I ordered a shelter for my horses - was supposed to be delivered by the end of October. I called in November to see where my building was and was told they were just finishing up orders for July and it would be "quite a while" before my order would be finished. Requested they cancel my order as I needed shelter for the upcoming winter. They did cancel my order but have not refunded by deposit. Tried to reach them several times, left voicemails, never heard back from them. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Still in dispute because Coast to Coast has until January to reply. Will not do business with this company again.
Love this company. I am on my 3rd order. The buildings are amazing!!
Late on the delivery by over 3 months. Now it's been 7 months since they have installed it and they haven't complete it.... now they want to complete it and get full payment. Also it leaks through the screw holes. Not sure who I have to contact to get this resolved by it's been the biggest waste of money.
